In Roots to Radiance, we’ll embark on a guided journey through grounding, healing, and transformation. By integrating art, movement, meditation, and energy healing, you’ll learn to reconnect with your body, release emotional blocks, and uncover your inner radiance. This isn’t just about change—it’s about becoming the most vibrant version of yourself.

By creating space to nourish your body, mind, emotions, and spirit, you can unlock a wellspring of vitality and inner wisdom that ripples out into every part of your life.

In this 8-week course, Nourish, you will embark on a guided journey to reconnect with your body, awaken your senses, and allow life to sustain and uplift you. Combining meditation, breathwork, movement, art, and shamanic practices, this course will help you expand your capacity to feel deeply, receive fully, and live authentically.
